– Factors such as skin type, lifestyle (e.g., smoking), and aftercare adherence can significantly influence the final results. Smoking, in particular, may affect color retention and cause the pigment to appear darker.
-Please note that while we strive to achieve the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee specific results from the procedure. Permanent makeup outcomes depend on various individual factors, including:

• Lifestyle habits (e.g., smoking, sun exposure)
• Adherence to aftercare instructions
• The natural healing process and individual skin response

2. Healing and Aftercare

3. Payment and Refund Policy
– Payment is due at the time of service and is non-refundable.
– As permanent makeup is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure, results may vary based on individual factors. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the healed results.

4. Contraindications and Client Responsibility
– It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions, medications, or skin treatments that could affect the procedure or healing.
– Smoking or certain medications may alter the healing process and final outcome. These factors are outside our control, and adjustments may incur additional charges.

– The complimentary touch-up session (if included) must be booked within the agreed time frame. Additional sessions will be charged.
